Our opening times over the festive period
The opening hours for the festive period are as follows:
- Friday 23rd December - Our reception and phone lines will close at 5pm
- 24th - 2nd January – Closed
- Tuesday 3rd January – Reopen as normal from 8:30am till 5.30pm (Reception closes at 5pm)
Our 24 hours emergency repairs line is open throughout this period. For emergency repairs, please call us on 0800 953 0213 (free from landlines).
Emergency repairs consist of:
- Uncontainable leak
- Total loss of power
- Total loss of heating and hot water in a home without alternative forms of hot water e.g. electric shower.
- Serious security breach (such as an insecure front door)
- Major structural damage
If you are experiencing a loss of water or heating, please check for frozen pipes in your property. To unfreeze or thaw out the pipes, locate the stop tap (usually under the sink) and turn the water supply off from the stop tap. Turn on your cold water tap and using a hot water bottle or towels soaked in hot water, slowly thaw out the pipes. You can find more information on the United Utilities website.

- Monday 26th December - Closed
- Tuesday 27th December - Closed
- Wednesday 28th December - Open 12pm - 2pm
- Thursday 29th December - Open 12pm - 2pm
- Friday 30th December - Closed
- Monday 2nd January - Closed
- Tuesday 3rd January - Open as usual 1pm - 4pm
