National Customer Service Week

This week we are celebrating National Customer Service Week!

Delivering excellent customer service is important here at Community Gateway and this week we want to raise awareness of customer service and the vital role it plays.

Vote for your Customer Service Champion

We want to celebrate the excellent service that is delivered across the organisation and are keen to hear any stories worthy of recognition which displays the brilliant customer service you have received from Community Gateway. 

Throughout the week you can vote for your 2021 Customer Service Champion by completing the form below by 5pm on Thursday 7th October 2021. 

Our judging panel will select the 2021 Customer Services Champion from all the responses. All customers who vote will be placed in a prize draw to win a £10 voucher of choice.
