As an organisation we offer a variety of job opportunities and apprenticeships. We will be advertising our trades apprentice vacancies as soon as we are able to support these with COVID-19 restrictions and these will be in plumbing, electrical and plastering. Kickstart
In July 2020, Chancellor Rishi Sunak announced an initial £2 billion ‘Kickstart’ scheme to fund hundreds of thousands of 6-month paid work placements for young people aged 16 to 24 who are receiving Universal Credit and at risk of long term unemployment. As a local employer within Preston, we will be offering a number of placements in a variety of roles. If you meet the criteria i.e. are aged between 16 and 24 and currently in receipt of Universal Credit and are interested drop us a line at peopleservices@ communitygateway.co.uk and as soon as we have more information we will be in touch.
