In Pictures: Preston City Mela 2018
Preston Flag Market came to life with colour, music and the aroma of South Asian cuisine on Saturday on the 14th July for Preston City Mela 2018.
The celebration of cultural diversity was enjoyed by hundreds of spectators who travelled from across the country to be a part of it.
