Employability and training opportunities for school leavers
Are you a school leaver or have family members who are currently looking to take the next step? If so our Employment and Skills team are here to help!
The team provide group sessions and one-to-one support to anyone age 16 years and over living within Preston and the surrounding area. They can help you with:
- Job searching and applications
- Accessing local training – providing financial support where applicable to secure the right course for you
- College admissions
- Work experience
- Interview skills and techniques
- Removing barriers to allow you to succeed
We caught up with Alex, one of our Changing Futures participants to hear about how our Employment and Skills team have been able to support him:
