Doorstep Fraud - Please Stay Vigilant
As many of you may have read in the news, there have recently been a few incidents where people have tried to falsely gain entrance into homes in and around Preston.
Sometimes this has taken the form of pretending to check for damp, or the need to look at gardens.
As always, Community Gateway Association remains committed to doing everything it can to protect you and our communities.
Working daily with the Police and Preston City Council, we will continue to provide information online, targeted leaflet drops and visits to tenants in any areas we feel may be particularly vulnerable to this type of fraud.

Please Remember:
· CGA staff will NEVER visit you unannounced
· Always ask CGA staff to show their ID
