As you will know the Government relaxed COVID-19 restrictions from 19th July. This does not mean that the virus has gone away and we urge everyone to stay vigilant, respect people’s personal space and mask wearing and continue to keep up with regular hand washing to protect yourself and others. We also ask that you continue to ventilate any areas when we carry out work in your home and leave plenty of space for our staff to work safely.
All our services are operating as normal and Harbour House has re-opened. Some restrictions may still apply. We encourage you to ring our freephone number 0800 953 0213, rather than attend in person, where possible.

The safety and wellbeing of our tenants, colleagues and contractors remains our number one priority and we understand that many of you will still have concerns around the coronavirus pandemic. We want you to know that Community Gateway will continue to take measures to minimise the spread of the virus to our tenants, staff and contractors and will continue to follow the latest advice and guidance as provided by the Government.
We ask that all our customers continue to follow social distancing measures when we are visiting your home. We ask that you also notify Community Gateway if you or anyone in your household:
- Are self-isolating
- Have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed or has symptoms
