CGA awarded top rating by Social Housing Regulator

In its latest regulatory judgement, the Regulator for Social Housing has awarded Community Gateway Association the highest possible rating for its financial viability and for the way in which the organisation is run.

CGA received a ‘G1’ rating for governance and a ‘V1’ rating for viability. G1 and V1 are the top gradings we can receive from the Regulator and means we meet its stringent governance and viability standards. You can see the official grading confirmation by clicking here

Craig Garner, our Executive Director of Resources said:

“After receiving the top rating following the IDA earlier this year, we are delighted this has been confirmed following the regulator’s latest review. This continues to be a testament to the efforts of everyone involved at CGA and will undoubtedly provide reassurance and confidence to all our partners as we continue to deliver our Corporate Plan objectives.”
