We are always keen to improve what we do and make sure our services meet our customers’ needs. We do this by making sure we use a variety of ways to get your feedback, whether that be online, face to face at one of our events or in print.
In February you will receive our Survey of Tenants and Residents in the post. (STAR). It’s a detailed survey that helps us find out your views on a range of issues relating to your home, environment and the services we provide so we can see what we’re doing well and where we can improve our offer to you.
Everyone who completes the survey will be entered into a prize draw

2nd PRIZE £100
3 x runner up prizes of £50.
There’s a freepost envelope included with the survey, so no stamp needed. Please return your survey before Friday 13th March. Winners will be announced in Gateway News and online in April.
