I was elected to Chair of the Board in 2010 having previously been a member of Gateway Tenants Committee. I am extremely proud that the Gateway model enables a tenant board member to lead this organisation ensuring that tenants are at the heart of all we do.  My primary focus is to ensure our vision and values are embedded across the organisation, our tenants and our communities.

Despite many challenges across the social housing sector, CGA is well placed to deliver its corporate strategy. I am keen for CGA to continue delivering true value to our tenants and supporting our communities to thrive and grow. There is a great sense of pride in our colleagues and the culture of clear leadership, engaged staff and empowered tenants which drives everything we do here at CGA.
