Gateway Promises
Our Gateway Promises have been developed by tenants for tenants, and they set out the standard of service you can expect from us.
Each Promise has a group of measures that show you how we are performing. We will keep you informed about how we are performing on a regular basis. Gateway Central, our tenants' committee, regularly review our performance against each Promise.
