Meaningful tenant involvement
In March 2017 CGA Members voted to accept the changes to our Rules to create more meaningful and impactful tenant involvement. This involved the creation of 6 new Service Action Groups with a Tenant Chair. These Chairs along with the existing CGA Tenant Board members came together to form a new committee called Gateway Central.
The 6 Service Action Groups are:
- People and Engagement
- Specialist Services
- Complaints and Scrutiny
Together they make recommendations to CGA on how to make a difference to our tenants and local communities. You can find out more about Gateway Central on their facebook page @GatewayCentral.Preston or read their blog
