Do CGA remove bulky furniture items?

How often do green and landscaped areas get attended to in my neighbourhood?

This is dependent on the season and weather conditions, but usually between 2 to 3 weeks for grass cutting in summer. Hedges are maintained where necessary in the summer months and fully pruned in the winter months. In addition to the routine services, we complete intensive landscape improvements as part of our wider property investment programmes.

Do Gateway remove flytipping?

We liaise with Preston City Council and our Tenancy Management team and will respond to fly-tipped rubbish in open spaces as necessary.

How often are fences upgraded?

There’s no set number of years for upgrading fences. When we replace/upgrade fences we do so as part of large-scale community projects, or as part of our Void Plus Standard. When a fence is damaged beyond repair, we would only replace it if it was a boundary fence. The dividing fence between two neighbouring houses is the responsibility of both tenants.
