Clean and Green Communities

We are committed to creating clean and green neighbourhoods that people enjoy living in.

We deliver a range of services from lawn maintenance to block inspections and cleaning. This keeps our green, external and communal spaces in excellent condition making your neighbourhoods a great place to live.

The teams maintain and improve open spaces and shared communal areas in your neighbourhoods. We have an experienced in-house Grounds Maintenance team who carry out a wide range of services including grass cutting, hedge cutting, shrub pruning, weeding, tree felling and more.

Our Environmental Services team work to keep your communities clean, including graffiti removal, fly-tipping removal and general cleansing.

Our Clean and Green Inspectors are tenants who volunteer their time to provide feedback on our Clean and Green services. Full training and support are provided and you can carry out an inspection at a time and place to suit you. To find out more, please call 0800 9530213 (option 6).
