Ask Tess is here to make your life easier. Got a question about your tenancy? Need some information about our services? Instead of waiting on hold or sending an email, you can now head to our website and Ask Tess. She is available 24/7, ready to help you find quick answers to the things you ask us most.

Why we built Tess
We know many of you have the same common questions. Things like rent, repairs, or how to update your details. These often mean long phone waits or needing to call during working hours, which we understand is not ideal for everyone. That is why we have created Ask Tess, to give you an easy way to get the information you need, when you need it.

Ask Tess was not just made for tenants, it was made with tenants. Here is how we made sure she answers what matters to you:
