This year we are celebrating Community Gateway’s 20th birthday by giving back to our communities through 20 projects.
As part of these projects, we organised a Day of Action at Garsdale Road in Brookfield, where local partners joined us to tackle reports of anti-social behaviour and fly-tipping in the area.
Our teams were joined by Preston City Council Waste Department, Hope Prevails domestic abuse service and Preston Police to engage with tenants and residents and raise awareness of how we are working together to act on your reports.
On the day, we spoke with around 30 tenants who told us what areas of their community they enjoy and what they would like us to help improve. By increasing our presence in the area, we are able to identify issues and work with tenants to create safer communities that everyone can enjoy.
If you would like to get involved in any of our community improvement projects and help make your community an even better place to live, please complete the form below and we will be in touch.
