Making a difference to CGA Services
Action Groups enable Tenants and Gateway Members get more involved in developing and monitoring the services which CGA delivers. This covers a wide range of business areas such as how we deliver our repairs, shape our customer services, support our tenants with extra needs and spend our income.
Gateway Specialist Services
Gateway Specialist Services covers those particular services which are developed to support a specific group of people. This currently includes sheltered housing and our independent living schemes, employment & skills and welfare reform.
Gateway Empowerment focusses on how we involve tenants and Members in the running of the organisation, our community programme, community fund and how we run our Community Minibus.
Gateway Neighbourhoods covers our work around the environment in our neighbourhoods, how we support our tenants and deal with lettings, rent recovery and community safety.
Gateway People covers our communications, editorial panel and our approach to equality and diversity.
Gateway Customer Care & Complaints
Gateway Customer Care & Complaints looks at the way we deliver our front line services and engage with our tenants. The group also focusses ond how we deal and learn from complaints made.
Young Gateway Action Group
Young Gateway Action Group (YGAG) involves family members of CGA tenants who are aged 16 - 25. YGAG ensures that young people have the opportunity to become involved and have their voices heard in the organisation.
