Making a difference to CGA Services

Service Action Groups allow tenants to get more involved in developing and monitoring the services which CGA delivers. This covers a wide range of business areas such as how we:

  • deliver our repairs
  • shape our customer services
  • support our tenants with extra needs
  • learn from our repairs
  • spend our income
  • support young people

Family members of CGA tenants who are aged 16 - 25 can become a YGAG Member.
