You will see that the cheapest way to make payments to us is by Direct Debit or Standing Order. We are always looking for ways to save money as any savings we make are used to improve the services we provide to you, our Customers.
You may not think that changing the way you pay will make much difference, but if 500 Customers switched from All-pay rent payment card to Direct Debit or Standing Order we would save over £8.000 per year! £8,000! Just think how that money could benefit our services.
As if that was not enough to convince you to change the way you make payments to us, CGA has introduced a quarterly prize draw for all customer who set up a Standing Order or Direct Debit and pay by this method for 6 months prior to the draw.
The first draw will take place in September 2009 and then every quarter thereafter. The winner will receive £250 in vouchers of their choice. Please note if the winner is in rent arrears we will deduct the £250 from their rent arrears with any balance paid in vouchers.
We also offer a draw in January and April for all of our customers who have a clear rent account. The winner receives £100 with 2 runner up prizes of £75. Again these prizes are paid in vouchers of the customer choice.
