Setting the Gold Standard

Community Gateway Association (CGA) has been awarded the Investors in People (IiP) Gold Award after achieving a fantastic 182 evidence requirements out of the 196 available.

The two-star housing association has been recognised for getting the best from its most important asset its employees.

IiP offers a Standard and three higher awards, Bronze, Silver & Gold, demanding increasing levels of evidenced attainment. It is used by more than 35,000 organisations in over 50 countries. CGAs achievement puts amongst the less than 1% of organisations that have reached the Gold level.
