CGA retain V1/G1 status
Community Gateway Association has retained its V1G1 status awarded by the HCA (Housing and Communities Agency), for the 4th year running.
This status is the highest grading achievable and refers to the financial viability and governance of the organisation respectively.
Diane Bellinger, CGA’s Chief Executive, said
“We’re really pleased that we have maintained our V1G1 status, this means we remain fully compliant with the standards set out by the HCA and enables us to deliver our services effectively and to a high standard.”
The HCA published the results and findings on their website on the 21 December 2016.
CGA currently have 6187 properties in the Preston area with plans to expand further across the North West.
