Internal Programme

Pre-works surveys have been carried out to every property, to identify what work is needed.

Customer's will receive a letter telling them what work will be carried out to their property by the end of June 2009.


If you have not received a letter by this date then please contact Gateway on our freephone number 0800 953 0213.


Customers will then be invited to an open day at least 6 weeks before the works are due to start in your area. The open days will introduce you to your contractor, tell you everything you need to know about the works and you will be be able to see the choices that are available to you.

Work includes Kitchen, bathroom and central heating replacement.
