When will my home be improved?


A list of work to be done in each Local Community Area is shown on our View improvements page. If you have any other queries about the improvements programme, please e-mail the Property Services Team or ring the Gateway Improvements Line on 0800 953 0213.

I'm thinking of buying my home under the Right to Buy. Will my improvements still happen if I go ahead?


If you have applied to buy your home, the CGA will still do day-to-day repairs to maintain the property. But you would not receive any repairs or improvements that affect the value of your home. So improvements such as new kitchens would not be done, even if the CGA is working in your area.
