What is a Leaseholder?
As a leaseholder you have bought the right to live in your property for a fixed number of years, usually up to 125.
The lease is a legal contract containing both your rights as a leaseholder and our rights as freeholder.
The freeholder owns the building which you live in ad we are responsible for looking after the structure and communal areas.
