What is a Leaseholder?

As a leaseholder you have bought the right to live in your property for a fixed number of years, usually up to 125.

The lease is a legal contract containing both your rights as a leaseholder and our rights as freeholder.

The freeholder owns the building which you live in ad we are responsible for looking after the structure and communal areas.

As a leasholderYou have to pay your flat's share of CGA's costs of maintaining the block and providing services.

This service charge is your share of the costs of running the building.
