Community Gateway are looking for volunteers to help us test our services. We are looking for both tenant and non-tenant volunteers to work with our Customer Services Team, acting as ‘Mystery Shoppers’.
Our Mystery Shoppers are allocated a range of ‘scenarios’ to test and give their feedback on. Scenarios include: telephone calls, letters, emails and office visits. Feedback is then used as a way of rating our services, and making changes where we identify that this is required.
Mystery Shopping is a great way to become involved with the work we do here at Community Gateway, and doesn’t take up a lot of your time.
As a Mystery Shopper you will also have the opportunity to earn incentives as a reward for helping us.
