Residents can contact the
Gateway Tenant Committee
(known as GTC for short) for help and support at any stage of a complaint.
If the person who made the complaint and the CGA can't reach agreement by Stage 3, it may help to bring a third party to act as a mediator.
At that stage, if the CGA complaints system has been followed and the customer does not want a mediator involved, they can contact the
Independent Housing Ombudsman
