Getting Our Neighbourhoods Working

'Over the years, being the tenant of a social landlord like Gateway has more and more meant that you are likely to be without work. That is not the way it used to be - a tenant was just as likely to be a skilled or professional working person as any one else. Now that has all changed and this state of affairs tends to lead to lots of other problems that seem to blight our estates. So working to help others to work has got to be good for us as an organisation and good for our people.'
